Trim

2" prestained rough sawn Pine barn style trim. Loose shipped and installed on site.

Roof

8' roof panel consisting of rough sawn Hemlock or Spruce rafters and 1x8 roof boards.

Second Floor Timber Joist and Decking

3x12 Hemlock floor joists with 2x10 rustic plank floor.

Windows

Barn style windows installed on site.

Hardware, nails, screws, and construction plans.

Not Included: Foundation, slab or first floor, barn doors, roofing material, stairs, rails and balusters, interior partitions and doors, or up-charges for non-standard structure.

Historical Society Social Barn Print E-mail

This very large Gambrel Barn is part of the Trager Homestead of the Historical Society in Portage Indiana. This structure was built to replace the original historical barn that burned. The barn is to be used to house the historical societies collections as well as a gathering place for members to have meetings, socials and dances. There is a full kitchen, elevator and the second floor is a dance hall.
